Last week we looked at the crushing of Christ by his father. We also looked at the betrayal of Jesus by Judas, His arrest, and the denial of Peter. We finished by looking at the repentance of Peter. Peter ran to the tomb, jumped out of the boat to go to Jesus. He ran to Jesus. This is repentance, it is running to Jesus and when you run to him you will leave behind other things. This week we look at the trial before Pilate the mockery of Jesus.
