This week instead of being in Mark 13, I think God has led us to talk about the subject of worship. I have had recent conversations about worship in song; it is not those conversations that has led to this message. It is years of trying to understand worship in song, it was the result of our surveys that were recently conducted. The result was very clear, we are not completely united, meaning we are also not completely divided on our song time and what it should look like. I do not want to continue trying to meet people’s preferences. Instead, I want us at New Horizon to teach what we believe about worship. It will include our song time, but it is so much more.
